Do you think black people/Africans were ever meant to be civilised or live in a developed world of their own?

This thought has been hunting me for a very longtime,especially when i travel and see how blacks live anywhere on earth.Can anyone please help explain this to me?

I lived in South Africa for over 10 years. The crime there is unbelievably brutal. The 90% of the crime there is caused by the Africans. Yes, a lot are poor but they (the criminals) are also very violent and cruel to their victims.
One example is when a cash-in-transit van was held up by a gang of criminals (who were African), the two guards in the van offered no resistance at all. The gang took all the money without trouble but they still lined up the guards and executed them for no reason.

Another example (caused by Africans by the way) involved the rape of a 78-year old grandmother by a group of men while her niece watched on. The granny was then SET ON FIRE and died.

A 76-year old farmer was broken into by a gang of blacks aged from 17-30. They first beat his head in with a brick, then they gang-raped his wife, then they boiled his feet and hands before hacking them both to death with a machete.

These are everyday events in South Africa, i promise you. DO NOT tell me they aren't because you'd be an idiot. I've lived there and know damn well what im talking about.

So before anyone gets pissed off with me for not denouncing this guy as "racist", do two things:

1) live in south africa like i have for 10 years and watch the news there. the crime the africans cause there is barbaric & cruel.
you could easily say they are uncivilized (but not every black in the world is, just in SA as an example).

2) go to the link below. You won't believe it but i swear it is the utter truth!

Disclaimer: No, im not racist. I've had a African/American girlfriend for 6 months before, i have black friends.

Unfortunately, in a democratic system, the right to choose extends to deciding to live in a way that may seem "uncivilized" to the observer. However, the inside view may involve the silent order that sustains any people, may they be of color or not. Please remember that the reason for the black in black was simply a natural defense mechanism to the intense sunlight in that region. Not very elegant or political, I know, but our bodies made choices long before we became countries and political parties. The truth is sometimes so not dramatic that it fails to make the evening news.

I am sad for you to ask a question like this. As a Europen i lived for 8 years in Africa, not as a ' do goodier ', just lived there, worked and learned how they lived and I started to understand that they have their own civilised world. Important questions my African friends and i mulled over a bottle or two of their local brew or a bottle of scotch were questions like this: What is better, to have the dunny in the middle of a house, or have it, the dunny, a little away in the back yard. Why was the very same cream (Amber, i seem to remember) soled to us whites to become darker and to my black friends to become, wait for it!, lighter. Funny 0ld world isn't it.

I see the same problems with Indians, Mexicans, Muslims. Does this mean all races other than yours are not worthy or able to have civilization?

There are brilliant people from all of these races, there are also whites living in the same conditions as these struggling races, so yes, all people are meant to be civilized and live in developed regions of their own. We have been priveleged with a wonderful governmental design that holds accountable our leaders. Most of the poverty around the world is due to wars and despots crippling their own economies.

Black people/Africans are most certainly as civilized and intelligent as all the rest of the nationalities. They have marvelous doctors, lawyers, politicians, high public offices, scientists, professors, etc., just as all people have.

If we had not brought them here as slaves or if their own people had not sold them to us they would no doubt develop their own wonderful culture. By now millions of them would have immigrated to the U.S. just as all immigrants have.

Think about it: if anyone is enslaved, made to feel less than human, has no control over their own life, denied education, made to feel inferior it would have a dire affect on them just as it had on our African Americans (or on you and me).

In spite of all that they have risen out of the ashes to become an integral and equally intelligent part of our society.

It is a pity that too many of them seem to resent the successful blacks and cannot/will not understand that their 'so-called'leaders are convincing them that they are still victims. When they realize these leaders are keeping them down to retain their own power we will finally have a truly equal society.

Travel around the back roads of the U.S., you will see the same poverty, lack of education, and ignorance among the white native born Americans.

The only reason africa has problems is Colonialism, which was where europeans went around the world f*cking up other people's countries, destroying cultures/religions/ways of life/anything they could. (Yes i am aware of the pro-colonialism arguments). Your view of 'civilised' may to them be perfectly normal they may enjoy being like that.

They mite c u as uncivilised because western (particlauly amerian) societies don't care for their extended families much or for their community.

Africa's time will come, they will rule the world one day, every country will have it's day.

You know, the only civilized blacks are descendants from victims of the slave trade. If it wasnt for "exploitation" blacks everywhere would still be running around naked throwing sharpened sticks at rabbits and birds, and worshipping dirt idols.
