What is the ideal height for a computer table?

Your eyes need to be level with your monitor. That would dictate how high the table was. You need to be eye level so to reduce the movement of your head while using your computer. Cuts out any pains associated with excessive head movement during prolonged computer use. Eye height and comfortable to use your keyboard and mouse and all is good!
