This could be done by having a sensor switch the video on when the mouse is near the trap. I think the mouse dies in a humane way with instant death from a broken neck but a video would show. A trap seems the best way to kill mice, I don't like poison as the mouse could suffer before it dies

this sounds very sick, but youclaim to be looking for a humane solition. Forget the video, just reseach on the internet for humane traps. look for customer feedbackand positive write ups.
Better still, trap them and release themback into the wild away from your home

Are you some kind of Sadist?, is this a new form of S&M? getting turned on by Mice's deaths, its just so strange why you would want to see mice die..but you could search on the internet for it, I know the best place to find all sorts of strange stuff like that: boysgonebad.com or something like that, shows all vandalism and experiments and all sorts..but good luck in depicting the death of a mouse..

Why not get a humane trap? You'll get go for a drive with the poor little blighters to somewhere nice to release them and improve your karma at the same time.

First of all why kill ? You can go for such infra-red rays kind of door pedestals which will make difficult for the rats to survive in the inhabited area.
