i don know about htis but i know that bravery is something within u while body building is just showing that u r brave i don think that all body builders r brave as well.bravery is better than body building

I can see a relation between body-building and vanity but bravery is a quality that comes from within.

Being brave is the muslims speaking out against the extremists that continue to damage thier so called peaceful religion.Body building is merely lifting weights to look good..,sounds like the muslims alright.
