The way things are going now I wonder if we will make it to 2007.
I would pick 2106, at least we have the intelligence of how to treat diseases that couldn't be treated in 1906.

i'd like to be in 2016, so that i wouldn't have to type out my stupid assignment ideas and could just hook my brain up to my pc (or whatever we'll have then) and think my ideas and they appear in writing.
also at the same time my house would be totally covered in plasma screens, so i could have any coloured wall paper or picture or scenery or movie or sport or news or music i wanted in any room and in any size.
the problem with petrol would be over and instead we'd be running on hydrogen, solar, wave, hydro and wind power.
i'd be married and the owner of my own business that would allow me the freedom to travel to the countries of my desire for any amount of time each year. in fact i'd be able to commute from sydney to london in only one hour (if richard branson gets his way).
yep, lots of good things will be happening in our future, so i'm keen to get there.

i'm becoming more and more sceptical about future ... so 1906 .. at least ppl back then were more honest and more of morality
