go to file- scroll down to identity- go to main identity or your name if you've set it up and add a password where it asks you. Protected!

You can't protect Outlook but you can direct all your mail into a personal folder and protect that, in some versions of Outlook.

Go to Outlook Help; type in password and it should throw up instructions on how to do it.

The other way to do it is to create your own user profile on Windows, and password protect your log on - go to Control Panel and select User Accounts and go from there.

Hope this helps.
