Autumn has arrived and i have a number of established trees in my garden......the consequence is i now have a very mossy driveway.......is there anything that i can do to treat this problem and can i take any preventitive measures to ensure the problem doesnt return ?

There are moss killers you can get at good L&G Centers. I would recommend a liquid with potassium fatty salts in it. Safer makes one. They work very well. And killing it is the easy part. Keeping it from coming back is the hard part.

Moss likes shade, water, and an acid soil. If it gets 2 out of three it will probably come back. If you can address these factors you can stop it.

Otherwise, spray it once or twice a year to kill it.

Use any bleach, it will kill the moss and remove the stains too.

the cheapest way i know is not boiling water.at least it works for weeds.

buy a weed killer and install lights
