Most of the Newspaper in the recent trend are having Epaper. So just go there and u will find Archives...and they must have at least 10 year paper database...for that u should subscribe their edition but in most of the case its free of cost only....

I am sure it would be in their archives, I would just call or visit the paper in person and ask who you need to see about getting an article from 10 yrs ago. I cannot believe that your local library does not have it. I have always been able to find whatever articles in the archives, from my very small local library.

If you want to find a particular article, you will have to go onto the newspaper's web site and hunt up the article in the archives. Newspaper editors DON'T have time to hunt up old articles for people, as they are too busy with current work, and that is NOT THEIR JOB! You don't approach anyoone at the newspaper, you merely go and hunt up the site and the archival information YOURSELF!

Their online website may have an archive that has all their articles. You might have to pay them or at least subscribe. See how it works. Contact them if you need further help locating the article.
