Yes, I know he said it was to the worker's advantage, but, I can remember when we used to get paid overtime for more than eight hours a day. Just because you dress a pig in a dress, doesn't make it any less of a pig.

Yeah I used to work in a job that would pay you OT if you worked six or more days a week, regardless of the hours. Like, if I only worked four hours a day, Monday - Saturday, Saturday would be at time and a half at least.

Most jobs today wont do that anymore. And double-time is practically non-existent.

Well...that's how it is here in California, anyway.

Things change, Bucky. OT has been getting phased out for years. Businesses trying to cut expenses.
