Yes there are some good security programs can help people to do that kind of job, like AVG, eWido, Windows Defender,Norton Anti-Virus, etc. But I don't think it is heath for system administrators, because we know that there's no company have a complete virus base...

Try SUPERAntiSpyware. It gets rid of most Adware, Spyware and trojans....and it's free to home users.

No not at the same time..........I use AVG free and Ewido free which you can get both off the same site http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5
