You blink naturally. You wink purposefully. And when that eye closes to sleep you nod.
So really, one eye is capable of winkin, blinkin, and nod.

Blinking is usually involuntary. A wink is done on purpose. You would be blinking unless you made yourself wink.

if you wink you blink with a scrunch of the eye,, if you dont scrunch the eye then its a blink
