This is a result of puberty and maturing. The hairs are caused by harmones in your body. There will be other changes to if they have not already occured. Like mensturation. Hair in sexual region and hair on legs. The hair under your arms should be shaved after washing with a soapy wash cloth about once or twice a week. This is also the time you begin to get body odor. Deodarant under the arms needs to be used to stop the odor. Extra time should also be taken to clean the sexual region and when mensturation occurs sanitary protection should be worn to protect clothing. At this time the feet often begin to have an odor and need to be thouroughly washed between the toes and fully dried to take care of this problem.

Every girl (after age 13-14) grows hair in her underarms and near her ge*nitals. Dont worry, it is very normal. Have you started your periods too?
Also talk to your father and mother, tell them about this and tell them that you are growing up into a woman now.
Start to trim the hair under your arms and near your gen*itals from now on. Otherwise the hair will grow very thick and you will have difficulty.
Use a hair removal cream or request your mom/dad to trim the hair with scissors.

I take it you are young and hair is starting to grow in places you didn't know it was supposed to? In that case, don't worry. All females grow underarm hair at around 13 (maybe older or younger, depending on who you are). I don't know why it is necessary, but I don't think it really has a purpose because everyone just shaves it off, and that doesn't have any negative effect on it.
