If you have formula one question such as yours, where you basically look for statistics and/or results, one of the best places to check out is www.formula1.com
There you can find many useful and also meaningless info., but it includes a good database, and the webpage is pretty informative as well. Also, it is very updated on a daily basis.
However, Button's clocked the 5th fastest time in the Chinese Grand Prix, with a time of 1:39.206

not really an answer - you have had the best already! - but Andygos must learn his geography. China and Japan are NOT the same place!!!!!! China is a a communist country, ruled by a dicatorship that only gives lip service to listening to the people. Japan is a democracy with a titular King at its head.
The Chines GP was last weekend; it is the Japanese this weekend. However, perhaps we are maligning Andygos - perhaps he is a time traveller!!!!!
(please note this was written rather tongue in cheek!)

well, as the 2006 chinese gp hasn't happened yet, i assume you mean last years! His fastest lap in that was 1:34.766.
If you mean this year's race, his qualifying lap from this morning was 1:30.992
