We live together and take a road trip every other month. We've planned for a week to go to my aunt's this w/e (3 hours away), and now he's refusing to go. He say's we'll go next w/e, but I'm so frustrated. I had his car serviced and cleaned.. I found a house sitter for the dogs and then the plans were cancelled. I do everything for him except show up to his work for his shift. How would you deal w/this?

if your aunt has scheduled you into her weekend,
and you are her guest,
this is un acceptable.

i say chuck the loser , and don't look back.
do not marry this man and there is already
attempted interference in your family relationship.

dump him , like yesterday and don't look back.

As you did not give his reason for doing this it is hard to say but I would let him know that being reliable is a great part of any relationship. Tell him that next weekend you are both going and there will be no excuses.

You also want to find the reasons he does this. Does he get along with your aunt? Is he shy around people? Does he like driving long distances? Is he feeling well? As you know all of these can be an influence.

Talk to him and find out why he is doing this.

I'd find out if he has a legitimate reason, such as not liking your family or road trips all together. If the response doesn't make sense, he's hiding something.

Sounds like he could be cheating...maybe he was hoping you'd still go, without him. But really, why should he go? You do everything for him and he doesn't stop you? Why are you servicing his car anyways? If he can get the milk for free, why buy the cow, right?

If this is something he always does....I'd dump him. Trust your intuition.

First off, quit kissing his ***!! Secondly, ever heard the old saying, "Two can play at that game"? Try giving him a taste of his own medicine by backing out on his plans at the last minute, and let him know that you have more self respect and confidence to not be treated like ****.

Stop hanging around him so much. Woman do not understand that you have to play the cat and mouse game with men. You should not always be available to him give him a chance to miss you. Go out with friends, and do not call him let him be the initiator

Tough question.. I suggest giving him an ultimatum if it's that important to you. It seems to be, I've been waiting 9 months to meet my girlfriends mother and can't wait! A little different, I know-- just make sure he knows you're in charge! Good luck lol

Tell him how serious it is and give him a taste of his own medicine. I'm not sure how, but punish him (not too hard!) in revenge, and then make up afterwards. Hopefully he'll learn his lesson and realise he's not any more important than you are.

You are basically a boring person and the thought of being with you for days on end is terrifying to him. You need to sparjk things up, suggest outdoor sex, publis sex, offer Anla and some BDSM suggest you will pick up hitchh hikers while you are topless or even naked xx
