I think it means when a woman takes a 2 men both normally and orally at the same time. But I could be wrong as I have lead a very sheltered life!

when you tell all those rude terrible horrible jokes at a person that they turn so red.with embarressment, they are roasting. goes that with a girl. but in a little bit ha ha better way. get em all hot and bothered. sweaty hot red . you get the picture now dont you, hon.it takes more then one to roast a girl. it wouldnt be a roast now if it was just one.

it refers to the term " spit roast " when you roast a pig for example
a man on either end of the woman is the spit and the woman is the pig
