Nocturnal animals have reflective structures in their retinas to cause the light that does exist at night to be reflected back through the retina, thereby increasing the sensivity of the eyes. That also causes the cat's eye reflection.

ya ,,,,,, its true,,,,,, but night vision is used by special type of cameras and binocular,,,,,, u cant see in night with normal cameras and binoculars,,,,,,,, yes ,,,,, same technology is used as animal used to see in night,,,,,,, especially thermal sensing cameras,,,,,
