I am 30 years old. I have very dark brown hair on the top of my head, and my beard was bright red. Now, my beard is becoming grey, more and more each month.

I do believe it is in your genes and not something you can simply take a pill to stop.

If you do not like it, consider getting hair dye. It does work.

I think hair turns white due to loss of pigmentation due to an "over amount" of sebum or "oils" in the hair folicle...theres no truly known cure but a healthy regiment of hygiene and vitamin intake couldnt hurt...you might even be better off for it...plus theres nothing wrong w/ lightly colored hair...some people might even say it looks "cool"...heh...gl partner..
