Use equations for momentum and impulse.
momentum = mass * velocity
impulse = force * time = change in momentum

momentum = (41 kg) * (210 m/s) = 8610 kg m/s

force = (change in momentum) / time
= (8610 kg m/s) / (0.066 s)
=130455 N
