"You're screwed" or "You are screwed" is American slang that means that somehow, you got taken advantage of by someone --- and not necessarily sexually either. It could be a business deal, etc. Just because the slang word for intercourse (screwed) is used, that does not mean how you were taken advantage of was sexual in nature.
