i got thru in all interview include the final interview wth the GM and they offer me the job...and there was a medical checkup for me before yesterday.Everything is ok with me but im little underweight..im going to submit my medical reports 2mrw and they wants me to join on day after 2mrw.im just suspecting weather i will be rejected coz of underweight.im selected for the post of Administration Assistant.my age is 21 and im 36Kg's only.will i get the job or will i be rejected.? im confused.pls someone answer me

You should get the job, I'm overweight and have worked in admin for years despite having some major health issues I can still get a job. I don't think that they can hold this against you because it's just the way that you are built and in order to turn you down on medical grounds they would have to have a really good reason (ie if you had gone for a job on a building site but couldn't do heavy lifting because of a bad back).

How does your weight (or lack of ) affect your ability to do your job? It is illegal to discriminate on the basis of height, weight, religion, race, etc. As long as you fulfill the obligations of your job, you have nothing to worry about.
