It all depends who is talking. We all tend to raise points to make others understand differences (sometimes very unnecessary ones)

Bisexuals are not strictly homosexual they engage in homosexual behaviors and heterosexual behaviors. Homosexual orientation is the same as heterosexual orientation they do not do and do not like to think about themselves doing what the other does.
Most homophobes are straight identified men who are afraid to admit that they have homosexual thoughts or behaviors.
A completely straight man would not have an issue with anything that a homosexual does because they would not feel threatened in their manhood. Like wise homosexuals who are biphobic are homosexual men who have had sexual fantasies about the same gender and are threatened in their sexual Identity therefore they lash out at bisexuals.

Human sexuality is a dynamic aspect of the human psychological condition it changes as we age. This is why some bisexuals marry thinking that can deny the bisexual nature because their sexual attractions to thier spouse are so strong and they feel they can avoid homosexual acts. As they age some become more grounded in their heterosexual natures and do not desire men as much. While others like myself.... it never goes away and they have to find release for their desires. This is why many people will not date bisexuals because of the uncertainty.
This is also why I would not date a person that was a monosexual (only desiring one sex) ever again.
Bisexuality is a complicated issue and one that requires an extreme level of understanding on both partners sides.
My g0ymate is bisexual my wife is not and I will be divorcing her soon so that I can have open relationships with only bisexuals.
Judge not lest ye be judged.

An oriented homosexual is anyone on the 5-7 range of the Kinsey scale, it defines a level of preference, and has little to with actual behavior. Someone as low as a 1-2 might have homosexual sex under the right conditions, a man in prison, for example, but this would not be because it is his preference, but because it was his only option. An oriented homosexual would do it for choice even in the face of other options.

I think you may be needing to ask a different question to get the answer you're looking for but. A homosexual is sexually attracted to their same gender rather than the opposit. Someone engaging in homosexual behavior is preforming a behavior assosiated with homosexuals

im not quite sure but i guess engaging in homosexual behavior would mean like having sex n stuff like dat in a homosexual way, like to please or as a way of satisfaction...orieted homosexual would mean like having feelings or emotions for the same sex..

living your life freely would be the main difference, many gay men are still ashamed or scared and choose to live 2 lives one straight married with kids while secretly on the downlow with other dudes. this is unfair to everyone. we all need to just be who we are without guilt shame or drama.
