Sure you can. But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't work on your Dell. Now an Intel Mac can run PC software on a Mac. Which is why I wonder why some PC users say Mac's are piece of sxxt. Makes you wonder, huh?

it depends on the software, u can install iTunes and quicktimes on the PC but for the others, sorry!

no you can't run apple applications because your OS (windows) is no compatible with tiger OS.
for now you can only run windows app. with OS. using virtual PC, or boot camp.
