The easiest way to go about doing this would be to contact the company that creates the computer, most times they are more than happy to send you a CD free of charge and payed shipping as long as you can provide them with the accurate information.
Theres 2 other ways, one is to go about getting some viruse scanners like Adaware
Or, Completely format the PC and do a fresh start by installing everything one by one (which unless you know what your doing usually results in more hassles than anything else)
So best bet, be patient and contact the company and get a cd so you can re-format your pc correctly
Side Note: Make a cd or a back up hard drive of all pictures, music, important files, etc...

some times viruses like to hide in other applications so Norton of mcafee don't pic it up the way you should scan for a virus is update your anti virus software to the latest one.reboot your computer and go under safe mode either go under your administrator account and do the scan there and if you have a virus it should pick it up.

Without restore CD, its very difficult to get back to "factory condition".
Depending on the manufacturer of computer, you should be able to order it from them.
If you don't have the CD, you need to reinstall from the scratch.
