I think he's overmatched. He can't make his own schedule in the pros and he tends to only draft players from the SEC.

Rome wasn't built in a day. Why do you think he was offered the job in the first place? Because the former coach couldn't do anything with the bunch of losers he picked. As for Cleopatras' response, he may pick a lot of players from the SEC but it's probably because he is familiar with talent available in the SEC. Many of the New England Patriots came from LSU and look how well they have been doing. Give the guy a chance.
