If you are speaking of ounces, the answer is no. If you are referring to pounds or, even worse, kilos, all I can say is Mooooove away from the trough.

Let's be realistic here. 260lbs at 5'2 -is- overweight, but not necessarily fat. What matters is your body mass index (bmi). When it comes to measuring "fat", your bmi will give you a much more accurate reading than a scale.
Remember that everyone carries their weight differently. If you had 2 women side-to-side who were both the exact same weight and height, I can almost guarantee you their bodies would look completely different. I, myself, stand at 6'0 tall and 191lbs. That may sound "fat" on paper (err, computer screen. ;) ) but I carry that weight well, and I have a lean appearance. Most people are shocked when I tell them my weight - they usually guess that I'm 40-50 lbs lighter than what the scale reads! EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.
Don't judge yourself by today's standards in beauty. 260lbs can be VERY beautiful... you just need to convince yourself of that!

I don't like the word Fat! But I can tell you that it is not a healthy weight for anyone who is 5'2.

Yes , it is better to practice sport and make a diet to reduce your weight .. However some men like women of your size and enjoy better sex with them.

Yes, it is very overweight, unless you were a professional body builder and even then I don't think many women body builders of 5ft2, would reach 260lb! HTH.

Not fat. Just pleasantly plump. As long as she is healthy, it doesn't matter.
