You did not say that you are over-weight. I don't think that skinny people are attractive. Just relax and be yourself. To lose Twenty pounds in two weeks is not healthy. If you need to lose weight, cut your calories and excerise more. You will lose weight, but keeping the weight off is a lifestyle, not a crash diet. If you lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks you will be sick after the wedding. It takes time and patience to lose weight. Dont worry about how skinny you are at the wedding. Start from NOW watching your diet and taking care of yourself, drink lots of water.
In two weeks you will have lost a few pounds but not 20.
Your matabolism wont have had time to change. Even if you dont eat a single thing all day for 2 weeks.
I dont mean to disappoint you, it takes time.
If you want to lose 20 pounds do it slowly its safer. Then you can look back at the wedding pictures and compare the before and after.
Have fun at the wedding and dont worry about being ''skinny'' there are always the upcoming baptisms etc...:)

You shouldn't put too much emphasis on your weight. If you died tomorrow, I doubt your family and friends would say, "she was great, we loved her...too bad she didnt just loose 20lbs!"
20 lbs in 2 weeks is an unatainable goal. Maybe a few or more lbs a week, by going on a diet for two weeks.
Cut out 'white' starchy foods like bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. Also, junk food, fast food and anything fried. No soda or alcohol and lay off juice-lots of sugar.
Replace all that with lots of water, all veggie salads with non fat dressing. For some protien, eat egg whites (hard boiled or scrambled) turkey or chicken (white meat only) If you want warm foods, eat fresh made (if you can) soups (canned have lots of salt which makes you reatin water, which makes you puffy). Also, you can lightly saute some veggies, like onions, zuchini and bell peppers and put some tomatoes in that, a little basil, yum, like a thick marinara with veggies.
Try not to associate with people going out to eat, or driving thru fast food restraunts for a while...Halloween is coming up, so watch out for that candy! If you do go to parties, dont dip the veggies in the ranch, stay away from the fattening cheese and crackers, and dont eat the weenies in bbq sauce in the crock pot!

On a good healthy diet- losing 2 lbs a weeks is good-probably more the first week- like possibly 7- depending on how much wt you need to lose.You can sweat- and starve yourself and lose water- which is not fat- so- you can also do a colon cleanse- but make sure to drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated- and pass out- or get dizzy and lightheaded. take care -D

3 days = 10 pounds lost
Eat the following for 3 consecutive days, 3 meals a day.
Normal drinking ( water, juice, milk)
No eating in between your 3 meals
1 orange
1 hard boiled egg
1 tomato
The acids in these three foods all work together to lose weight.

First off I think you shouldn't worry much about your looks! Where's your confidence? but anyways since you've asked:
Hit the gym: at least 3 x a week, mostly doing a cardio workout.
**Get a good use of the Elliptical machine.
**Jump some rope.
**Do a little boxing.
**Control your diet.
**Weight yourself at the end of the two weeks and see how much you lost.

hey you could go jogging every morning and besides u cud do a bit of workout in the gym...stop having oily foods at all and also go everywhere by foot ..dont talk the car or bus

I went from 230 to 180 in 2 weeks......but it was a *****.
Lots of salads, water, vitamins and exercise.......Of course as soon as I got to what I wanted and started all my bad habits.........I went back.
