try some KRAFT cheese spread. Hopefully you have that were you are from. I know its available in australia. My little boy loves it!

hi, I actually got a low sugar jam (blueberry, because strawberry is a high allergic item for babies). I figure this is better than regular jelly, you don't want to give your baby too much sugar. He also loves, cheese whiz, cream cheese & apple sauce on his toast.

most aussie kids are brought up having vegemite on toast as one of the first things they eat.if you dont have access to vegemite you could try jam cream cheese etc
