As such, your question appears childish since you have not said about yourself atleast briefly. However, let me suggest something for you.
1. if you are unmarried, better don't try for a child now.
2. if you are a married women, then try sex with your hubby during the following days; start from 8 day after your monthly period and continue until 7 days before your next monthly period. Got it? For example, lets say your monthly period starts 10th every month. Leave the 7 days before 10th and 7 days after 10th. in other words, start from 17th every month and try until 3rd of every month. Clear?
3. Relax and ease you and your hubby before and aftermath.
4. do with involvement and committed.
5. take supportive medicines as prescribed by your doctor.
6. be positive every time.
7. foreplay as much as possible.
8. using fingers for stimulation is good for good result.
9. ask your hubby for patient enough to release the *** until you reach the peak.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is to relax! if you will be stressed about it you wont be able to get pregnant.
So just know it might take time and it dosent metter if it will happen soon or in a month or 2.
Then eat well and also you can try to Smear wine or other alcoholic drink on the belly to warm the womb.

Make love with your bf/spouse or any man you desire in anyday from 9th day until the 19th day of your first monthly period. This is known as the fertility period of woman. Use missionary position or any position that make deep penetration of a penis into your vulva. If this not work, then consult an ob-gyne because you might have difficulty or trouble.

I know its difficult when trying to conceive but dont try soo hard...Take it easy..
Go and buy yourself some prenatal vitamins-these have alot of iron and all good stuff in them which can help not make you conceive..Eat a good diet and go to this website-

If you're a married woman, and if you don't have any fertility related problems, then there should not be any difficulty.Fall deeply in love with your husband, preferably do the intercourse in between 8th and 20th days of your menstrual cycle.don't believe in any type of superstritional things. By no means pregnancy is relaed with size of penis or its penitration deep inside etc. pl. consult your gynaecologist too.
