Only on halloween, I just don't see any use for it any other time of year. It's not a very attractive color on the hands. People can wear a deep red color, get the same dark effect, and still have nicely colored nails.

Yep... I'm wearing some now on my fingernails. It's the only colored nailpolish I wear these days because all of the other colors (red, green, purple, pink, etc.) don't appeal to me anymore.
