One time I went to the doctor cuz my lips were like that. All it was: a vitamin deficiency. I took some liquid minerals and never had that problem again.

I think this is an iron problem. But the first answerer may be more accurate in saying it's a vitamin rather than a mineral.

try this put 2-3 drops of mustard oil in ur navel every night before u go to sleep for 2 days u r lips wil return to normal condition.
