A place to start is to go to http://www.FirstGov.gov/
Home-Page select A-Z Agencies on the left
Then select C
On next page the is a North Map and click that
A page will open with various world maps to select

i'm not sure if it will help you, but check out the national wildlife federation and defenders of wildlife and humane society. people are getting to tromp all over the animals teritory.
