In a word- fantasies.
You two need to talk about what your fantasies are. Not an easy task and yeah embarassing a bit at first but it gets easier with some time and practice.Since yoru seeking advice try giving up some dirty little dream of yours first you think she'd be receptive to and start with.
Exploring those may open new doors for you both and bring some sparks back. It worked for us!

Well, what is needed is a "click" to "restore" the fun!
A way that usually work is to do something to bring back some previous condition that was bringing in the fun! Thus, maybe visit a restaurant/ disco/ cafe, or something you were enjoying much! Such might trigger the interest and bring the desired fun!

Ok you could try new things and new places, something you never done before, talk sex talks for first couple days and learn more about each other and things you like to do with each other, even if it's not as exiting in the beginning, work on it like your relationship and things will get hips better with time and experience.

This is a book of sealed cards that have been put together for both of you. Some are for her, and some are for you.
When you are ready. you open one and do everything it tells you to do.
After a few of these dates you will have little in side secrets no one eles knows.
These secrets will put the fun in it, these dates will put the excitment back in it.
Trust me, and have some fun.

Try introducing new moves,locations & discuss dreams you've both had about what you would like to try/have heard people do.
Personally i think you both have to work at putting the fun back.
Try things during the day if its usually done at night, dont limit to one place, cmon its fun & im sure you're not putting your all in to it.
