It's that stupid little statue old people have on their book cases, he kind of peeks over the edge of whatever with his hands and eyes on the edge and his nose hanging over.

in the UK in the early 80's his name was Chad...as in Chad woz 'ere... but i think in the US they caleld him Killroy
