People who ask for free high level accounts are asking for too much,are greedy and lazy,and usually aren't even that appreciative.
But,if you're not the typical ****,then..
You have a high level account that can fund your brother,set him up with the right gear and training spots,ie:scimitars and the lumbridge cow pen,and he'll level up quickly. The games fighting is click and wait,how bad could he be at it?
