Shoulder length Bench press (concentrate on chest) + Close grip bench press (concentrate on triceps).
Parallel bars and dead lifts are also good.

Heavy weights with less reps.
All workout time - Maximum 3 days a week, 45 mnts a day.
High protein intake
Enough rest and no injury

Believe it or not, Dead Lift will increase your overall mass.
