I would really like to start something like a Dear Abby over the internet but really don't know how to begin. Very educated! I have alot of insight and good at what I do!

Lots of people do that on yahoo 360. Just do it on your blogs in 360. Yahoo 360 even led people to a lady's 360 which was a dear Abby type of thing. However she gave lots of bad advice on things such as abuse and child neglecting. So if your going to do it you can do it on there, just don't give out really bad advice. :-)
