It is a style issue. What look are you going for? Edgy, rock n' roll, goth, dark, sexy...it could be that BUT...you need to be able to carry it off with the rest of your outfit. It is definitely a statement...are you sure it is one you want to make?

Black nail polish on either pale or dark girls never looks nice. unless its for hallloween and your dressing up like elvira or a witch.

black nail pop;ish for ur feet gives an oakward and cheap look
black color on your fingers looks awesome and smart
dont 4get 2 maintain ur nails clean orelse, the beauty of it is gone
it looks extremely cute and pretty if u use light pink!

Looks kinda immature to me and a little goth or emoish.
P.S. goth and emo style have been overdone and it almost seems too popular and it was meant to be "different" and "weird". Now it just looks lame.
