Yahoo & Google are the two most popular and successful search engines.
Yahoo is a registry search engine - that means that the sites that come up in your search have all registered with Yahoo individually.
Google is a webcrawler - that means that the engine searches all websites for the keywords you enter.
www.yahoo.com
www.google.com
Just type in what you're looking for and presto.

Hi gigi,
If you go to Yahoo, Goggle, msn.aol, most web servers have search engines I believe this helps narrow your search whatever it is your searching for. Let's say you wanted to search for chocolate recipes you type in search engine and it'll bring up a list for recipes for chocolate. I hope this helps & have a good day!
