I have a 3 year old granddaughter and was wondering how i could get her active in pageants. Shes a beautiful girl just dont know where to get started.

I know you are on yahoo to get some help but I'm sorry I think these pageants for small children,(babies if you ask me) are strictly for the benefit of the parents/grandparents. In most cases all you are doing is exploiting the child and forcing them to grow up and not enjoy the innocence of their youth.

Have you asked her if she even wants to be in them? Most kids who are, it seems, are in it for their parents sake, not for their own.
I have seen video of a little girl getting slapped by her mother because she did not win a competition.
Shame when stuff like that happens :/
