So what do you think?

I think the first 2 were better than all the rest have been. 2 reasons why...the first being that Richard Harris made the BEST Dumbledore and the one they use now doesn't even measure up and second, I like the director, Chris Columbus, who directed the first two, much better than the one's they used for 3 and 4. I"m having faith for the 5th movie.

Personally, I wish Chris Colombus was still directing them. However, I will say that Goblet of Fire was far better than Prisoner of Azkaban. Mike Newell did a wonderful job with it. My reasons for feeling this way are too great in number to discuss at this time, but for now, suffice it to say that I like the way the plotline was edited in the fourth film as opposed to the way they butchered it in the third. While I do not like Alfonso Cuarón as a director in general, I admit freely that he captured the Time-Turning sequence perfectly. I was truly impressed.

The first two films, of course, I love immensely simply because they're a bit lighter and a tad bit slower in pace, as were the books they derived from. But, hey, as the characters get older, their problems get bigger and life gets crazier, right? It is what it is. I look forward to Order of the Phoenix. It will be interesting to see what David Yates does differently than the last three directors.

I think they are awesome. In a way, it kind of take you away from the real world for an hour or two. I can't wait for Harry Potter 5 to come into theaters.

I really enjoy them but they don't compare with the books, you lose sooo much detail and plot. I would like to have the films longer so you don't lose so much story. I think the casting was great though and love all the scenery, really brings it to life! can't wait for the next book and movie.

I lie teh movie a lot. but the books are slightly better because most of the details are written in it. the movie cuts off some major parts. Maybe it's because the book is too thick or something.

They're good, but they need to go into more detail that the books do. They missed so much in The Goblet of Fire.
