I'm not a snitch, so I wouldn't go with C. And if someone did that, it would really be hard not to make a decision one way or another, so I also would not go with D. And A is rather tempting, but I would be quite of paranoid if I stayed with the money and then tried to spend it, I would be afraid of my own shadow(especially since 20,000 is really not a lot and totally not worth the risk). I don't like that feeling, Soooooo, I would go with B.
But I'm really curious to know why anyone would give me 20,000 cash in my hand.

Stash it in their suitcase without them knowing, and hope that customs finds is and asks them to explain how they got the money. You do know that when you rob a bank they track the serial numbers.. right?
