He shouldn't because he reminds me of Rick Mirer, another over-rated Notre Lame stiff.

Brady Quinn? Why was this question even asked? First of all, this is not a factual question, but rather a discussion-type question. I thought Yahoo! Answers is a service for factual information...information that can be confirmed.
That being said, I find Brady Quinn's top pick chance very unlikely. Is it possible? Yes, every single eligible NCAA player is possible, just that some are more probable than others.
Factors that make Brady Quinn unlikely to be the first pick:
1. He is not likely going to win the Heisman Trophy. The HT winner on the other hand has a much higher chance...I will say more than 50% chance.
2. His team is not likely going to win the national championship. The QB that leads the team to a NC will also increase his chance.
3. Without a NC or HT, he has to rely on his playmaking and athletic abilities. Sure, he is a great player, maybe the top ten in NCAA this year, but it is not too hard to name a few greater playmakers or stronger athelete.

No. I think Troy Smith (OSU) will be the #1 pick in next year's draft. Ted Ginn (also from OSU) will be right up there too. If the Irish were playing better this year, Quinn probably would, but they are not looking as good as they did last year.

B rady Quinn sucks!!! He will be exposed as a fraud at the combines and drop way down in the draft. His career will be similar to that of Ron Powlus and Rick Mirer. . . two more vastly over rated Notre Dame quarterbacks who bid the big schwantz!

The Raider-Nation will be clamoring for Troy Smith. Which is a sad cause a rookie QB isn't immediate help.

Hard to say, since the Raiders will have the pick. They're pretty unpredictable, except to be predictably bad. P.S. They're my team, so it's not bashing, just reality...

Not number one. He will be a first round pick.
