Use the microwave but make sure that they have paper on both sides to absorb the excess moisture. I'm not sure if News print is safe or not. Don't over-zap it, you don't want it to burn. I would think that defrost would be a safe setting for your leaves.

put them in a large phone book or between two pieces of cardboard, with a heavy dish on top in the microwave, ten seconds at a time till it feels about dry. dont over do or you will burn it up.

Yes, you can use a microwave at low setting...place leaves between sheets of glass...only do for a minute or two at a time....but repeat several times.

l put my daughters on a cookie sheet on the top shelf in the oven and left them overnight they came out fine. don't turn the oven on just use the heat from the pilot light.
