The Raiders are better because the Titans are horrible on offense and defense. But the Raiders defense hasn't been too bad, considering that they're always on the field.

Titans..are 30th in scoring with 5-tds Defense 30th
Raiders ...are 31st scoring with 3-tds Defense 9th
i think that the Raiders have easier Schedule than Titans , i'll go with the Titans....better future

titans by default, the raiders arent even an nfl team this year. they are a mess in every phase of the game and every meaning of the word. there offensive captain (leader) r.moss, was quoted as saying hes not even thinking about football. WHAT?!? youre in the NFL, common, titans no questions asked!
