Yes it is.
Studies have proved that intense exercise can delay the onset of menstruation in young girls but normal exercise should have no effect.
It is common for elite athletes to have irregular periods and even long breaks between them due to the training regime and also nutritional imbalance.
As long as you are not one of the above two categories then you should have no problems.

Yes, it's safe.

And physical exercise actually helps releive cramps.

I say this, by the way, as someone who regularly gets cold sweats, nausea, vomiting, and dry-heaves from cramps. Exercise (of ANY kind) helps.

They say don't in case of leaking I think. Do whatever you want but be careful and make sure you're safe against leaking!

why would it be unsafe? one time i did abs when i had gas and didnt realize i was spraying half the gym down dinner fumes! by the time i was done and checking out my ab-a-dabbersin the mirror some lady asked me if i was the one who was makign people sick....i turned red and walked away ina hurry!

It could cause you to bleed heavier during your cycle, but it's not anything that will cause serious problems or permanent damage.

Yes, its ok. I find that afterwards it relives the cramps for a while. (Just bring an extra pad and a chocolte bar)
