have you ever heard of a tesla coil? This would be something you could look up to find information on him. This stores up large amount of electricity and and then release to the nearest ground. Thomas edison and tesla were partners originally in the study of electricity. They had a difference in opinion on wich type of electricity was better ac or dc current. one believed that dc was better and the other ac. Thomas Jefferson belived he was so right on wich was better and safer that he actually invented the electric chair to prove that the other type could kill a person. In the long run ac won on the choice of electricty to be used for the simple reason that ac electricty can travel through a longer distance of wire, masking it more cost effective by not having to have so many power stations.
