I do notice, but the time I spend noticing means I spend less time noticing the girl underneath the make up. So a girl with less make up has a competitive advantage coz I'll spend more time noticing HER. Same goes for accessories shoes etc.

a little make-up makes everything
but over doing anything can make them get frustrated
what they see is the overall beauty and not the little things
a pleasant and cool look will just flatter them
though many dont believe,but its a truth that they do love the descently dressed gals
they point out the mistakes but really dont care for small things

Honestly, not really.
Now, you may do things that guys like more, but they don't really notice. For example, they might not even KNOW your rosy cheeks are make-up, nor would they probably say that they like your rosy cheeks. However, if you do something different, they might know that they don't like it as much (or like it more) than what you did before, although they might not even know what you did different.
So, your efforts might not be in vein, but don't necessarily expect a guy to comment on your hair or make-up.

Some do notice and then there are the ones who think natural beauty is best do what you like not what you think boys want your are the one who should be happy with yourself

properly, maybe boys observe. yet they in no way say something. Or each and every so often, they observe, yet do not think of of as substantial and don't even care. some is additionally too stupid to tell... yet have confidence me, boys are human, they are able to observe issues. >o<;

No they don't. They notice when you look bad, but not when you try to make yourself better haha.
