I was looking for a peep hole, and the store guy pointed me to "wide angle vieweres." They say that there are three kinds, one with a 160 degree fied of view, one with a 180 degree field of view, and one with a 200 degree field of view, but all of the packages showed a guy looking through a peephole, with about a 90 degree angle field of view labeled differently according to the package.
200 degrees? Doesn't that mean you could see backwards a little bit? Do I just not understand how these are being measured?

Wow bev, you don't get it at all... there are three different kinds of peep holes, which claim to have different fields of vision. I want to know what the difference between the three kinds is before I buy one. Stores tend to frown on taking merchandise out of the box, and installing it before you pay for it.
