MTV in the classic 80's days. There was nothing better then on cable, I would watch MTV videos for hours on end. It was one of TV's finest hours and I am glad to have grown up in those days and see it firsthand.
Now, the genius and beauty of the original idea of MTV has been ruined by turning it into a regular channel and VH1 is a weak shadow of MTV's best days that shows the same stuff...so the adventure of MTV and it's freshness died long ago...so now...I could care less about either one.

VH1 because of the great Celebreality shows such as Celebrity Fit Club.

MTV2, VH1 Classic and Fuse.
I haven't seen actual music on MTV (unless it is on a reality show or asinine game show) in years!
