Depends How Good you are and what Reputation you have already!
30-50 Dollars per hour would be normal for Me!
However,I would avoid Charging by the Hour and go for a WHOLE price(So if the job takes you 2.5Hrs you are technically charging for 3!)
The Client still get all requests catered for,and you can move onto your Next Job.
Also word process a List of Your preferences(i.e. 24 Hours notice of any cancellation or change of agreed schedule, a Months trial for ALL New Clients)
And of course a 6 Monthly review of Your services and prices as well as feedback on what the client Likes or does not like about you or Your Service provided
